Gegenseitigkeit besteht darin, dass alle Menschen dazu neigen, die Gefälligkeiten zu erwidern. Wenn jemand etwas für Sie tut, müssen Sie auch etwas für diese Person tun, um sich gut zu fühlen.

Verpflichtung. Dieser Grundsatz besagt, dass jeder die Notwendigkeit hat, die ergriffenen Maßnahmen fortzusetzen also konsequent zu sein. Dies führt dazu, dass wenn wir uns für etwas entschlossen haben, geneigt sind dies dann auch durchzuziehen und zu vervollständigen. Wenn jemand nach dem Grundsatz der Konsequenz bereits einen Schritt getan hat, wird er einen anderen machen.
Social Proof. Cialdini hat bewiesen, dass sich die Menschen an anderen Menschen orientieren. Das Prinzip von Social Proof stützt sich demnach auf Zahlen. Wir sehen Social Proof fast täglich auf Webseiten z.B. der Facebook Like Button welcher die Anzahl „Gefällt mir“ preisgibt. Oder auch die Anzahl von Downloads eines bestimmten Programmes kann überzeugend wirken.
Gefallen. Menschen arbeiten gerne mit Menschen, die sie mögen. Um es auszunutzen, müssen wir uns kennenlernen. Lächeln wie oft wie möglich, Leute mögen lächelnde Leute. Auch in der E-mail-Nachrichten sollen Sie die Zuneigung und positive Einstellung vorzeigen.
Die Kunden sollen einen konkreten Wert bekommen, weil alle mögen etwas Konkretes zu kriegen. Es kann ein Preisnachlass, kostenloses Muster oder PDF mit professionellen Informationen sein.
Autorität. Wir verspüren eine gewisse Gehorsamkeit gegenüber autoritären Menschen. Nicht umsonst nutzt die Pharmaindustrie für ihre Werbekampagnen meist Ärzte und Krankenschwestern. Uniformen, Jobbezeichnungen oder sogar welchen Wagen eine Person fährt kann uns dazu beinflussen, zu glauben was diese Personen sagen. Aber wie man eine Autorität wird ?

Verknappung. Dieses Prinzip besteht darin, dass gewisse Sachen für uns attraktiver sind, wenn wir wissen, dass deren Verfügbarkeit beschränkt ist. Organisieren Sie in der Zeit beschränkte Sonderaktionen. Die Kunden wissen damals, dass es nicht viel Zeit bleibt und wollen die Möglichkeit nicht verpassen, Ihre Waren zu günstigeren Konditionen zu erwerben.
