Gegenseitigkeit besteht darin, dass alle Menschen dazu neigen, die Gefälligkeiten zu erwidern. Wenn jemand etwas für Sie tut, müssen Sie auch etwas für diese Person tun, um sich gut zu fühlen.

Social Proof. Cialdini hat bewiesen, dass sich die Menschen an anderen Menschen orientieren. Das Prinzip von Social Proof stützt sich demnach auf Zahlen.
