Was bedeutet eigentlich der Begriff „ein korrektes Angebot” ? Welche Elemente muss ein Angebot beinhalten, um korrekt zu sein und vor allem annehmbar sein.
Wir hören oft von den Kunden „Machen Sie mir bitte das Angebot“ aber an welchem Angebot denkt eigentlich der Kunde ? Was sollte auf jeden Fall im Angebot stehen, damit der Kunde zufrieden ist?

Das Angebot soll so gestaltet werden, damit sich der Kunde vorstellen könnte, mit uns Geschäfte zu machen.
Ob sich jemand für oder gegen ein Angebot entscheidet, hängt in vielen Fällen vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ab. Aber ein präzises und gut strukturiertes Angebotsschreiben unterstreicht eine professionelle Arbeitsweise und erhöht die Chancen, dass sich der Adressat für Ihr Leistungspaket entscheidet.
Die wichtigste ist immer die Kommunikation mit Ihrem potenziellen Kunden. Der Kunde ist hier immer der Entscheiderer und der Verkäufer muss die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse Ihres Kunden nachvollziehen.

– Gibt es Kunden, die wir nicht ansprechen möchten?
– Welcher Kunde passt zu uns und welcher nicht?
Wenn diese Fragen beantwortet werden, kann ein Angebot erstellt werden, das folgende Inhalte wie Angebotsgegenstand, Preise und Menge, Dauer der angebotenen Leistungen, Umsatzsteuer, Lieferzeit, Versandkosten, Spesen , Zahlungsbedingungen, Hinweise auf Erfüllungsort, Eigentumsvorbehalt und Hinweise auf das Vorgehen bei beschädigten Lieferungen beinhalten soll.
Bei einem Angebotsschreiben zählt immer der Bearbeitungszeitraum: Je schneller Sie auf das Interesse Ihres Kunden mit einem Angebot reagieren, desto höher sind die Chancen, dass Sie den Auftrag erhalten. Wenn Sie innerhalb von 24 Stunden das Angebot an den Kunden senden, sind Sie bestens in der Zeit.
Nach dem Versand sollten Sie dem Empfänger Zeit lassen, das Angebot zu prüfen und sich zu entscheiden. Falls Sie auch nach einer längeren Weile keine Rückmeldung erhalten haben, kontaktieren Sie erneut den verantwortlichen Ansprechpartner. Wie viel Zeit genau vergehen muss, hängt vom Auftrag ab (nicht mehr als 1–2 Wochen).
