Wenn diese Fragen beantwortet werden, kann ein Angebot erstellt werden, das folgende Inhalte wie Angebotsgegenstand, Preise und Menge, Dauer der angebotenen Leistungen, Umsatzsteuer, Lieferzeit, Versandkosten, Spesen , Zahlungsbedingungen, Hinweise auf Erfüllungsort, Eigentumsvorbehalt und Hinweise auf das Vorgehen bei beschädigten Lieferungen beinhalten soll.
